Casual position within our Rockingham Store
Multiple store network - no two days are the same
Australia’s leading trade and industrial tool retailer
Total Tools Rockingham is currently searching for a Office / Accounts (AR & AP) Administrator who has a real passion for tools & trades. This is an opportunity to utilise your current administration / accounting knowledge within a busy store that focuses on your growth and development.
If successful, you will ensure attention to detail through your exemplary pronto knowledge, customer service and ability to multi task.
This role will commence as casual, however for the right applicant could progress to full time employment.
Responsibilities
Processing AP invoices daily, including credit claim processing
Liaising with suppliers regarding payment queries
Monthly statement reconciliation
Completing all end of month procedures for all ledgers
Creating new AR records
Following up on overdue invoices
Allocating customer a/c payments through bank reconciliation including issuing monthly statements
Balancing cash registers
Balance sheet reconciliations, including petty cash
