The Governors of St Sebastian’s RC Primary School are seeking to recruit a dedicated and talented admin assistant to join our welcoming school. This role is to support the school’s strategy to raise and maintain good pupil attendance. We are looking for candidates that will:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the School Business Manager
  • Be responsible for the exemplary maintenance of student attendance records
  • Have excellent communication skills and provide a front line customer-focused service for the school
  • Maintain records, produce reports and send emails and letters regarding attendance
  • Work with the headteacher and EWO to raise attendance
  • Provide support and challenge to parents to raise and maintain good pupil attendance.
