Coordinates scheduling, prepares and maintains documents, manages communications, and supports day-to-day office functions. Responsible for maintaining filing systems, ordering office supplies, assisting with meeting and event coordination, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and external contacts. Works under moderate supervision while exercising independent judgment to resolve routine issues, improve processes, and support organizational productivity and operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities • Coordinate calendars, meetings, scheduling, and communication across teams and stakeholders. • Prepare, organize, and maintain documents, reports, and administrative records. • Manage office filing systems, supplies, and general administrative operations. • Assist with planning and coordinating meetings, events, and departmental activities. • Serve as a liaison between internal departments, leadership, vendors, and external contacts. • Resolve routine administrative and operational issues to support office efficiency. • Support workflow coordination and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects. • Maintain accurate records and organized administrative processes. • Provide professional customer service and communication support. • Contribute to a productive, efficient, and well-organized office environment. Qualifications Education • High School Diploma or GED required Experience • Minimum of 2 years of administrative support, office coordination, or related experience required • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional office environment preferred
