ABOUT THE PROGRAM

We are seeking a flexible and capable Administration Assistant to work with our Childrens Services team, providing support to our Children’s Services General Manager and team.
This is a permanent full-time role based at Pennant Hills, with the ability to work 2 days per week from home.

Responsibilities

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Working within the Children’s Services Management System (Hubworks).
  • Assisting with administration and event management relating to training programs.
  • Maintaining databases, files and general administrative tasks.
  • Supporting the Practice Manager Team and through them the Director/Coordinators at services
  • Preparing reports for the General Manager
  • Organising catering, room bookings, office supplies and amenities.

To be considered for this role you will

  • Must have a Working With Children Check
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Be confident with using Word, Excel, Email and Internet operations.
  • Understand or be willing to learn management of a government 3rd party system for the Federal Government Child Care Subsidy
  • Demonstrate knowledge of office administration procedures and records management.
  • Possess excellent organisational skills with a great ability to multitask.
  • Experience in an administration role in a children’s services setting would be highly desirable
