We are looking for a proactive and self motivated Administration Assistant to join our busy school office. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a passion for providing excellent administrative support within a vibrant primary school environment.
As the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and telephone enquiries, your role is key to creating a warm and professional impression of our school. You will work closely with the Headteacher, Deputy Headteacher, and other school staff to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school office.

We are looking for someone who is:
Welcoming, approachable and professional
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively
A confident communicator, both written and verbal
Committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Essential Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in a school administrative role is desirable
Excellent knowledge of SIMS (essential)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Ability to work with high levels of confidentiality and discretion
Team player with a flexible and positive attitude
