Anglicare’s Children’s Contact Service provides a safe place for children to have contact with their separated parents. We provide a safe option for Changeover Services, as well as Supervised Contact, which can be either court ordered or self-referred.
We are seeking an Administration Assistant to provide high quality administrative support and customer service for the Children Contact Service. The successful applicant will be working within a dynamic, child focussed team and will be providing on-going administration duties.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support and assistance to the Children’s Contact Service Coordinator and staff to provide an effective, efficient, and high standard of customer service.
  • Possess positive customer service skills, high level of communication and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Utilise your high-level organisational skills and abilities to establish and maintain administrative and information management systems within a continuous improvement framework.
  • Exercise initiative, prioritise workloads and work independently with broad instruction and limited supervision.
