We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in the North East of Scotland. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes that align with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office tasks and ensure efficient operation.
  • Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
  • Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to create documents and presentations.
  • Support financial tasks using QuickBooks as needed.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for easy access to information.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes.

Qualifications * Proven office experience in an administrative role.

  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
