ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who is highly organized, efficient, and can handle the demands of a fast-paced office. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced office environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with various stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
  • A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High energy, enthusiasm, and the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with portal-based systems is a plus, but not essential.
Responsibilities

This diverse and dynamic role offers the opportunity to manage a variety of tasks in a busy office environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our Estimators, Supervisors, and Project Managers to ensure that insurance claims and repairs are carried out smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls, monitoring the general email inbox, and greeting visitors and clients.
  • Collaborating with Estimators/Supervisors to coordinate repairs and other tasks.
  • Scheduling appointments for assessors with strata managers , home owners, and also scheduling repair works.
  • Communicating with all parties involved to ensure timely and efficient scheduling.
  • Maintaining accurate electronic records and data management systems.
  • Adhering to CBS Policies and Procedures.
  • Learning and working with portal-based communication systems.
  • Performing general administration duties as required.
