Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to the Community Participation (CP) Coordinator, the Administration Assistant - CP and Rostering, is accountable for the coordination of support workers who are servicing our participants to be active in the community. There will be administration support, phone calls, rostering and ensuring the proper care of our participants when they are doing their CP activities. Part of the job is working closely with the Rostering Coordinator and act as back-up when needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting CP Coordinator in managing the support workers, rostering and problem-solving as they arise
  • Supporting internal and external enquiries and requests related to Community Participation
  • Support the CP Coordinator in maintaining paper, digital and electronic records of support workers and participants
  • Update rosters and check case notes (when needed)
  • Writing and submitting reports as guided by CP Coordinator
  • Help the CP Coordinator in the maintenance of compliance documents of all CP participants
  • Continuously learn the latest best practices in CP in order to improve workplace efficiency
  • Assist the Rostering Coordinator when needed
