LOCATION:

Salary: Competitive, depending on experience
Hours: Part-time (flexible, approx. 16–24 hours per week)
We are a friendly, family-run car dealership looking for a reliable and organised Administration Clerk to support our sales and service teams. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong admin skills who enjoys working in a varied role within a small, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing paperwork accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing customer files and keeping records up to date.
  • Assisting with vehicle registrations and documentation.
  • General office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Skills & Experience:

  • Previous administration experience preferred (motor trade experience an advantage but not essential).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office and email essential).
  • Organised, dependable, and able to work independently.
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
