You will also assist the Branch & Administration managers and be highly organized to remain across all components of the role. You will make an impact in the following ways: * Be the go-to admin support, help keeping our branch running efficiently every day * Manage data and reports accurately to help drive smart business decisions in our Contractor Management System * Create purchase orders and process supplier payments with precision and care * Coordinate meetings, travel, and staff inductions to support a seamless workflow * Keep systems, documents, and compliance records accurate and up to date * Jump in to assist with reception, parts and service inquiries as required * Manage service invoicing, job closures, purchasing processes including purchase orders, receipting, accounts payable, and provide payroll support as required   Cummins is an equal opportunity employer.
