We (TBRN) have been chosen by some of the UK’s leading insurance companies and businesses to handle claims for building damage on their behalf. We provide quality repair work via our panel of managed and vetted building contractors, with customer focused care for the people behind the claim being paramount to our claims management ethos and processes.
We are looking for a Claims Concierge (the official Job Title!) to join our growing business. Within this role, you will be dealing with property claims, taking responsibility for the administrative processes and customer service journey throughout the life of the claim. You will seek guidance from our team of surveyors and insurance professionals who make the technical decisions in order for you to drive the progress of the claim.
You do not need to have previous experience in a claims environment (although great if you do!), but must be able to demonstrate your genuine passion for customer care, excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to learn and add value to the success of the team and company.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively handle a busy caseload of claims, ensuring key administrative tasks are completed so the claim progresses smoothly and efficiently. You will manage your own workload and priorities, using the tools within our claims management system
  • Be the first point of contact for all parties involved (including customers, clients and contractors), responding to queries and performing follow up actions
  • Provide exceptional customer service (through multi communication channels), updating involved parties and empathetically supporting customers through their claim
  • Monitor our panel contractors activities and performance on claims, using your soft skills to build effective working relationships
  • Work collaboratively and efficiently with our technical claims team and surveyors who hold responsibility for the technical decisions on claims
