KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Confidently use computer systems for bookings, emails, data entry, and stock ordering
  • Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk and throughout the facility
  • Answer phone calls, manage member inquiries, and support team operations
  • Assist with facility bookings, membership queries, and general customer support
  • Promote our programs, services, and special offers to members and visitors
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all patrons
  • Learn and adapt to new systems and procedures with a proactive mindset
