Description

Due to expansion of the business, DCR Electrical Ltd are very excited to be able to offer two full-time Administration Assistant job opportunities - one within the Mechanical & Heating team and one within the Electrical, Solar & Building team.

Responsibilities
  • Answering incoming customer calls and assisting with enquiries
  • Entering customer data accurately into our CRM system
  • Assisting with calendar management for specific departments
  • Scheduling appointments for the sales team
  • Taking customer payments over the telephone
  • Collating and sending handover packs for new installations
  • Assisting the Managing Director with P.A. duties, such as diary management, emails and booking travel arrangements
