ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Administration Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless coordination between our customers and engineering team. You’ll play a vital role in scheduling planned and reactive maintenance requests while providing exceptional customer service.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
✅ Handling calls, emails, and messages from clients and engineers.
✅ Processing sales & purchase invoices, plus purchase orders using Sage 50.
✅ Booking and scheduling service calls & maintenance appointments.
✅ Managing engineers’ diaries and ensuring efficient scheduling.
✅ Preparing quotes, order confirmations, and essential documents.
✅ Assisting with customer inquiries and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
