Diamond Drainage Scotland Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bridge of Don, Aberdeen. This position will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This role will work closely with the operations team to support the smooth running of the department and assist with various operational tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong phone etiquette with the ability to engage professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the capability to convey information clearly.
  • Proven analytical skills with a keen eye for detail to assess operations effectively.
  • Experience in data entry or administrative support is an advantage.
  • A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
