  • Requirements (expected proficiencies):
  • Excellent communication skills across all platforms (phone, email, in-person, chat)
  • Detail Oriented with the ability to demonstrate a keen eye for errors and omissions
  • Proven experience working collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and KPI’s
  • Experience in various software and familiarity with computers & technology in general
  • Inventory management ensuring that necessary supplies are consistently available

Responsibilities
  • Answering phone, email, and live chat inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Creating, editing and reviewing quotes, contracts, delivery routing, and rosters for accuracy
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Liaising with Operations and Warehouse crews to ensure a seamless delivery process
  • Managing consumable re-ordering for optimal inventory levels
