We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic Administration Assistant. You will be part of the team in playing a pivotal role in facilitating seamless operations and optimizing contractual commitments. This is fast paced environment, with ever changing priorities. Reporting to the Security and Car Park Manager, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services. What You’ll Do (key responsibilities) This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including: * Provide general administrative support * Compilation of statistics based on shift summaries and other data. * Basic report compilation and formatting * Audits of visitor access cards * Data entry – key tracking, incident and visitor statistics, confidential tasks * ID creation for bulk staff intakes * Customer service at Security Office reptation desk * Ensure efficient and effective office administrative processes are in place * Other duties as required by the Security and Car Park Manager and Security Supervisor, consistent with the employee’s skills level, classification, and ability. What You’ll Bring (experience required) * Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent relevant experience preferred. * Demonstrated experience in business administration e.g. customer service, filing and documentation management, * Highly developed written and oral communication skills (including report writing) with a high level of attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality * Knowledge of Work Health Safety, and risk management principles, practices, and regulations. * Ability to utilize a range of computer software and learn new systems. * A good grasp of engineering and technical environments as applicable to a major hospital. * Personable, approachable, and willing to engage and work with others in a professional, respectful and collaborative manner * Calm and focused when facing operational challenges. * Questions information and ensures compliance * You must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident More than anything, you’ll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients. **Please note, as a prerequisite for this role candidates will be required to complete work rights check, pre-employment medical check, Working with Children Check, AFP National Police History certificate and reference checks.   Why Downer?
