Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Process orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate outstanding packaging orders and delivery schedules
  • Liaise with transport providers to ensure smooth logistics
  • Maintain organised and up-to-date filing and record keeping systems
  • Ensure accurate recording of invoices and financial documentation
  • Assist with site visitor coordination and contractor inductions
  • Oversee general office supplies and amenities to support daily operations
  • Support the planning and delivery of site functions and event
