Administration Assistant   Temporary Part-Time position | Subacute Ambulatory Care Services (SACS) Services, Care@Home   Monday to Friday 8:30-16.30 | 6 day fortnight | Salary Packaging Options Available Based at Wantirna Health      Eastern Health    Eastern Health is one of Melbourne’s largest public health services. Work is based on teamwork, and a collaborative mindset is essential.  You will primarily be based at the Wantirna, but you can be asked to work across campuses if the need arise.       About you    The role is primarily administrative with frontline costumer service dealing and general enquiries.   You will have recent administrative experience in a similar role or demonstrate transferable skills.  Data entry is a large focus of this position as well as managing client bookings and client and staff enquiries.  You will be joining a team of dedicated administration assistants who work tirelessly to support clients and clinical staff who access ambulatory services. Work is based on teamwork and a collaborative and open mindset is essential.  You will primarily be based at Eastern Health - Wantirna, but you can be asked to work across campuses if the need arises.   Healthcare workers are strongly recommended to follow COVID vaccination recommendations provided in the Australian Immunisation handbook (based on ATAGI advice). Seasonal vaccination against influenza is a mandatory requirement of this role and an offer is conditional on this being up to date prior to employment. Those that are offered and/or start between January and April do not require an up-to-date vaccination for Influenza to progress providing they are aware of its requirement later in the year.
