Description

Duties:
- Perform clerical tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including scheduling meetings and booking jobs
- Coordinate projects by organizing and maintaining project files, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met
- Enter orders into the system accurately and efficiently
- Assist with general administrative tasks
- File documents and maintain organized filing systems
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is REQUIRED
- Knowledge of computer is needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
