We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our office and operations. You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between teams, efficient handling of administrative tasks, and exceptional customer service for our clients.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role (experience in the renewable energy or construction sector desirable but not essential).
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Schedule and coordinate site surveys, installations, and maintenance visits.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and CRM systems.
  • Prepare and issue quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and other business documents.
  • Track project progress, liaising with installation teams, suppliers, and clients to keep timelines on track.
  • Assist with compliance documentation, including health & safety records, MCS paperwork, and regulatory submissions.
  • Handle customer queries and aftercare requests, escalating where necessary.
