Job Overview:
EHD are a warehousing and distribution wine company, handling requirements for a prestigious line up of trade and private customers.
Based at the company head office in Frimley, the purpose of this full-time role is to assist in the efficient running of the Office Admin Department.
Office hours are 9:00am-5pm, Monday to Friday

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Hardworking
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook are essential

Responsibilities

· Processing of customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
· Answering calls from customers and directing where appropriate
· Initiating and/or responding to emails to and from customers. Colleagues etc.
· Filing of paperwork
· Covering due to annual leave
· Troubleshooting on behalf of customers as required
· Other functions to support the department from time to time
