About the role
The successful applicant will be required to assist with but not limited to:
General Administrative Duties
- Coordinate and carry out all office administration including reception, mail, couriers, greeting clients and filing
- Answer and screen phone calls
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Schedule jobs using TradyOne Booking system
- Liaise with owners and real estate agents as required in a timely manner
- Action emails
- Quoting & Invoicing - MYOB (AccountRight)
- Ordering Stock
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Co-ordinating the services and maintenance of fleet vehicles
- Maintaining inventory for uniforms and office supplies as required
- Help Manage the FBEC bookings email inbox and schedule jobs in TradyOne as directed by the Operations Managers and / or Directors
- Actioning job reports from previous days as required
- Liaising with the Purchasing Manager
- Certificates of electrical safety
- Managing the on call schedule and organising
- Ensure deposit and completion payments are paid, and liaising with accounts on overdue accounts
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Experience:
Intermediate Admin experience in a similar role or industry
Skills and experience
- Experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Basic to Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Basic problem solving and dispute resolution
- Organised and able to meet deadlines
- Basic MYOB experience preferable (AccountRight)
- Experience in the Electrical Industry is an Advantage
- On the job training will be provided
- Ability to work in a team and individually
