SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent organisational and administrative abilities
  • Strong numerical and written communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to negotiate and influence staff, customers, and suppliers
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Confident using PC-based systems and databases
  • Knowledge of customs clearance processes is desirable
  • Experience with time and attendance or payroll systems (for Payroll role)
  • Understanding of invoicing and financial data (for Accounting role)
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work flexibly across different clerical duties

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for two organised and proactive individuals to join our team at Berth 26, providing effective operational and clerical support to the CCEP management team. You will ensure the accurate and timely input of critical financial, planning, and payroll data into key systems, helping the operation run smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide accurate statistical information to the management team as required
  • Liaise with Facilities Management to raise, track and communicate maintenance requests
  • Assist with customs clearance administration for imports and exports
  • Upload customer data into the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
  • Collate and investigate ship statistics for invoicing purposes
  • Collate self-bill data and resolve discrepancies for invoicing
  • Maintain personnel data relating to overtime, sick pay, and holiday records
  • Manage time and attendance systems and generate reports
  • Order and allocate PPE in line with individual requirements and budget
  • Raise purchase orders and manage associated invoicing tasks
