Responsibilities
  • Accounting & Finance: Handle bookkeeping, expense tracking, bank-related tasks, invoice processing, and QuickBooks management in coordination with the CPA.
  • Human Resources & Office Management: Support employee onboarding, maintain HR records, and oversee general office administration to ensure efficient daily operations.
  • Logistics & Trade Support: Prepare and manage import/export documentation, coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and trucking companies to ensure timely shipments.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, customer communication, and documentation for client accounts.
  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure proper filing and compliance with international trade requirements and internal company policies.
  • General Administrative Duties: Provide cross-departmental support, manage office supplies, and handle internal and external communications.
