ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support our existing admin team and play a key part in ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the business. You will be responsible for handling incoming communications, providing basic IT and office support, and assisting with general administrative tasks across the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· A point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
· Support the team with general administrative duties such as filing, printing, data entry, archiving, document preparation, and scheduling.
· Assist with ordering supplies, arranging deliveries, and managing office equipment.
· Provide basic IT support to staff, escalating issues where necessary.
· Assist accounts team with invoicing and credit control.
· Coordinate with colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
· Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, offering help where needed across the company.
