OVERVIEW

We are seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our team in providing essential support to our office operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong organisational skill set and a keen eye for detail.
Tuesday to Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

EXPERIENCE

  • Proven experience in an administrative role is desirable
  • Proficiency in Sage Line 50, Word and Excel
  • Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Responsibilities
  • Dealing with Inbound & Outbound post
  • Manage phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
  • Assist with general office duties
  • Utilise computerised systems for various administrative tasks (Sage, Excel)
  • Provide clerical support to ensure smooth office operations
    -Holiday & Sickness cover in our Retail store (includes some Saturdays)
    -Canteen duties (Housekeeping maintenance & purchases)
    -Picking, packing, posting
