Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE INCLUDE:

Processing contractor site induction applications through the Glencore Workforce Onboarding System (GWOS).
Data entry of Health, Safety and Training related documentation into databases such as; Workday and the HSEC Database (CMO).
Maintain Health, Safety and Training related noticeboards.
Review and workflow documents within the document control system, SharePoint.
General administrative duties required by the Health, Safety and Training team.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

You will be an excellent communicator - both verbal and written.
Have good problem-solving abilities.
Have strong, accurate and quick data entry skills.
Possess a high level of initiative and a desire to identify improvements
Your ability to work collaboratively with internal and external parties is vital.
Be punctual and have excellent task prioritisation skills.
Have previous mining or heavy industry experience in a similar role
Possess advanced experience in the Microsoft Office suite.
Be able to learn new databases quickly
