Henry Krank & Co are looking to recruit a full-time Administration Assistant to work at our store located in Pudsey. We are a specialised business supplying shooting products and accessories to both retail and trade customers for over 40 years.
Working hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. An immediate start is available for the right candidate.
Salary: Dependent on experience.

SKILLS / EXPERIENCED REQUIRED:

  • Pleasant outgoing manner.
  • A can do approach.
  • An interest in shooting would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Confident in the use of telephone and computers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately process orders in-store and via the telephone using our point-of-sale system.
  • Be the first point of contact with customers and forward them to the relevant department as required.
  • Answer customer queries via telephone, email and in person where possible.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Work as part of a close-knit team.
  • Update customers details as required to comply with regulatory bodies.
  • Deal and process returns from customers in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Take and process customer payments where applicable.
  • Willingness to take on extra responsibility as the job evolves.
