HCA is seeking a talented and resourceful Administrator who has a genuine interest and passion for a dynamic working career. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our dedicated team in the position of Administration Assistant.
Reporting to the Administration Manager you will enjoy, meeting and working with a diverse group of people who embrace a positive and safe work environment coupled with a role that will utilise and grow your personal soft skills.

Responsibilities

YOUR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accounts Payable – manage supplier/vendor payments, reconcile accounts, ensure compliance with internal controls, and resolve supplier/vendor queries
  • Ensure transactions are allocated to correct GL codes and cost centres and ensure payments are made within agreed terms
  • Provide general administrative & office support across a wide range of activities

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Availability to work full time Monday – Friday
  • Accounts payable experience essential (Accounts receivable experience/exposure advantageous but is not essential)
  • Dynamics 365 experience is preferred but is not essential
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar office support role
  • Minimum of intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is essential to provide a high standard of quality work
  • Willingness to get things done and the interest to help coordinate a wide variety of office tasks and team needs
