JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Maintenance, Installation and Parts Department.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Training will be provided on the job

    Experience within an office is preferred but not essential

Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records on company CRM
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing customer data.

  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person

  • Assisting department Managers as required
