Description

KE is looking for Admin Support that understands people are at the core of any medium sized business. With success in administering payroll under your belt you have the capacity to spread and grow your skills across other key administrative areas of the KE business. Working on marketing and customer facing tasks is fun for you and you also draw satisfaction from having the business accounts, registers and business records in good order. You also work well running a small team.
What KE Expects from you:
a. Accurately invoice and account for payments received from customers.
b. Assist with the induction of personnel to KE as well as customer sites and operations, maintaining accurate electronic records of these activities.
c. Tracking and maintaining employee qualifications to ensure KE employees are site-ready for work at various customer locations.
d. Generate work packs for customer site operations ensuring KE employees have all the information required to be successful in front of KE customers.
e. Administration of customer online induction platforms.
f. Meet, greet and take telephone calls from customers, often in the first instance, on behalf of KE.
What You Need to do This Job
1. You need to verify that you have the following to do this job.
a. A demonstrated history of success being part of a vocational team that achieves excellent outcomes for customers.
b. Working knowledge of internal business compliance processes and obligations.
c. Ability to perform and review ledger reconciliations including bank, creditor and group account reconciliations.
d. Time management and collaboration skills that have been proven to deliver against customer expectations.
e. A proven track record of effective communication with skills in dealing with employees, management and customers.
f. A positive attitude with a desire to be part of a team, ready to face challenges and embrace a growth mindset.
2. The following skills and experience will be highly regarded.
c. A willingness to try and adapt to alternative systems and software.
d. Familiarity with the manufacturing industry.
e. Demonstrated communication and problem-solving skills.
f. Evidence of motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
