We are actively recruiting for an Administration Assistant to join our busy team, where you will assist our Sales and Operations Coordinator with preparation of quotations & after sale administration for our buildings, while assisting with the continuing growth of Kit Buildings UK brand.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administration support to the Sales and Operations Coordinator.
  • Prepare and ensure that quotations and confirmations are sent to customers in the agreed time frames.
  • Send quotations and confirmations to customers when required.
  • Regular follow up calls to customers to ensure they have received quotations.
  • Ensure new and existing customers remain the top priority.
  • Answer telephone calls, take messages, transfer calls and assist with sales enquiries where required.
  • Monitoring and responding to incoming emails.
  • Maintaining and updating the customer database and internal records.
  • Preparation of operation and maintenance contracts.
  • Deal with electronic and paper-based filing and other routine administration tasks such as scanning, photocopying etc.
  • Comply with the company’s policies & procedures and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Undertake additional duties as and when required.
