Position Details
As we continue our transformation and growth journey in the region, we are now looking to appoint anAdministration Assistantto join our Queensland Convenience team at our Hemmant facility in Brisbane.
The primary focus of this role is to support the efficient and effective running of Hemmant operations by being the conduit between the business and the customer.

YOUR BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE SHOULD IDEALLY INCLUDE:

  • Experience in a Customer Service or similar role (industry experience is preferable)
  • Excellent customer service, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Accurate and timely data entry skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Strong IT skills, in particular Microsoft Office, WMS, TMS
