Responsibilities

As an Administration Assistant at Zion Home Care, you will:

  • Support the Home Care Manager with prompt and accurate responses to service requests
  • Triage inquiries and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Manage administrative tasks including filing, archiving, document preparation, mail distribution, and contractor database updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and ensure compliance with home care requirements
  • Perform other duties as reasonably directed
