    About the role

Bring your Administrative experience and skills and provide support to the team at our Blackwater Workshop.

  • General reception duties, greeting visitors - signing in and site inducting
  • Data Entry,filing and archiving
  • Coordinating inventory, office supplies and petty cash
  • Manage office cleaning and maintenance
  • Provide support to the Maintenance Manager and other staff as required
  • General routine reporting to Head Office
  • Effectively manage the documentation and administration of Contractors and Sub-Contractors
  • Manage the onbaording and offboarding of permanent and temporary staff
  • Maintain up-to-date records permanent employee records, as well as insurance and other
  • documents for contractors
  • Ensure crew lists and rosters are kept up to date and accurate
  • Co-ordinating with new workers/labour hire companies to collect and compile relevant
  • information for client induction processes, working within a set timeframe
  • Arrange accommodation bookings for site personnel, contractors and visitors in a timely costeffective
  • manner, ensuring crew and accommodation lists are updated accordingly
  • Purchase, requisition and order administration
  • Accurately processing of labour and equipment hours for all sites on a daily weekly basis

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, 8am-3pm roster
  • At least 1 year administration experience in a similar role (Preferably construction or mining)
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience in Word and Excel processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other
  • office procedures
  • Advanced Data Entry skills with high level of accuracy
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • High degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Current QLD Class C Driver’s License
