• Handle customer enquiries via inbox, live chat, and phone; experience with platforms like Shopify and BigCommerce is desirable.
• Support ecommerce product creation and marketing efforts through content management, photography, videography, and content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Understanding of product content management (images, descriptions, SEO basics)
