We’re looking for a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to support our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly and wants to build a career in office administration.

What you’ll do:

  • Answer calls, emails, and handle general enquiries.
  • Keep records, files, and databases up to date.
  • Help schedule meetings and manage diaries.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and other materials when needed.
  • Assist with the day-to-day running of the office.
