KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES (HOWEVER NOT LIMITED TO)

  • General department administrative support including:
  • travel management,
  • requesting quotes, purchase requests, service entry of invoices, follow up on payment enquiries, setting up new vendors, credit card reconciliations
  • ordering PPE
  • draft and issue site notices for notice boards
  • working closely with document control for the management of department forms and other documentation as required
  • Data entry of training records, assist with induction and training users of systems and updating templates and other documents within the LMS.
  • Assist with confidential management of health records.
  • Provide and distribute department reports.
  • Facilitate meetings, record and distribute minutes, book and prepare meeting rooms.
  • Support for other department administrators during short term absences/vacancies

QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES;

  • Certificate III Business Administration (desirable)
  • Minimum of 3-5 years in an administrative role ideally within mining, construction or the industrial sectors.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (desirable)
  • High level of verbal and written communications, organisational and personal skills
  • Able to analyse, problem solve and work autonomously
  • Develop and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Valid Drivers Licence
  • SAP Experience (desirable)
