Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an organised and proactive Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. This role is key in ensuring smooth workflow across departments and providing excellent service to both clients and colleagues.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supporting Business Services team and Director with daily tasks
  • Organising and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
  • Updating client records and databases accurately
  • Preparing and formatting documents, reports, and spreadsheets
  • Supporting mortgage brokers and case managers with admin tasks
  • Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Ordering office supplies and coordinating deliveries
  • Assisting with data entry, scanning, and document management
  • Maintaining confidentiality and complying with GDPR regulations
  • Maintain a tidy and organised office environment to promote productivity
