Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the business as directed by your manager and within agreed deadlines (i.e. tender coordination, timesheets, purchasing, HSEQ documentation and other general administration functions);
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, functions and travel as directed by your manager;
  • Provide administrative support to the engineering team with respect to document control and issuing of engineering documents and drawings within agreed deadlines;
  • Provide quality customer interactions where required and promote the company’s corporate brand;
  • Attend to requests via phone, email and teams promptly and re-direct requests to appropriate staff both in a timely manner ensuring information communicated is accurate and follow up where required; an
