Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional accurate clerical support. Tasks to include , computer data entry and processing, maintaining accurate records. - Assist in the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft office and other office software. - Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and organise travel arrangements as needed. - The use of Sage accountancy software for basic book keeping tasks would be an advantage but not necessary . - Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as required. Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the administrative domain.
