As a major property and corporate investment company, Northern Trust Company Ltd own, manage and lease a substantial and expanding industrial and commercial portfolio predominantly situated in the North of England and Scotland.
Five regional offices in Cannock, Wakefield, Chorley, Wallsend and Grangemouth are responsible for day-to-day property management activities. A full time position now exists in our North East Office at Silverlink Business Park, Wallsend, which covers a geographical area including Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, County Durham and Teesside. The position is for 7.5 hours per day (37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).
Ideally with some admin/secretarial experience the successful candidate will be organised, methodical and numerate and will be able to prioritise tasks in demanding situations. He/she will join a small dynamic team and be able to work on his/her own initiative when required.
Undertaking typing, telephone, reception and other admin duties to support a professional team of agency, management and building surveyors, the successful candidate must be computer literate, flexible and able to demonstrate a proactive and positive approach.
