Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our Radiation Services team on a part-time basis to provide comprehensive administration and client services support. This is a fixed-term contract covering maternity leave for 8 months, with potential to extend to 1 year, offering an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment. What you’ll be doing: Providing proactive administrative support to the Operations Manager and administration team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations Managing office supplies and stationery procurement to maintain operational efficiency Preparing, printing, and organising training materials for delivery and distribution Conducting accurate data entry, coordinating transport bookings, and providing examination supervision support Preparing and maintaining the training room environment, including setup and cleaning for training sessions Supporting site visit coordination by arranging travel bookings and preparing necessary equipment and documentation Assisting with workshop operations, including inventory management, receiving shipments, and dispatch coordination Collaborating effectively with the Operations Manager to ensure all administrative requirements are met and documented in accordance with corporate policies Maintaining accurate records and completing documentation to support compliance and operational excellence Qualifications What you’ll bring: Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in administration and customer service Experience in reception or dispatch within a workshop environment is an advantage Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving A strong service focus and commitment to positive client outcomes Clear written and verbal communication skills The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
