Description

We’re not just another office — we’re a driven, supportive team who pride ourselves on working hard, backing each other, and having a laugh along the way. Now, we’re looking for a highly organised and motivated Assistant to join us and keep our day-to-day running smoothly.
This role is perfect for someone who loves organisation, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys being the person the team can rely on.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting with coordinating schedule for a medium-sized team completing field-based work all over the Perth region from Mandurah to Two Rocks.
  • Supporting the General Manager with staff management and operational needs.
  • Reviewing reports to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency (your eye for detail will shine here).
  • Liaising with clients professionally to deliver top-notch service.
  • Monitoring and managing email systems, booking jobs promptly and efficiently.
  • Working closely with the General Manager to keep the business running like clockwork.

What we’re looking for

  • Someone with exceptional organisational and time management skills (you love a well-planned calendar).
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
  • Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and everything in between.
  • The ability to juggle competing priorities without breaking a sweat.
  • Scheduling, admin, or operations support experience would be great, but attitude and initiative count even more.
  • A proactive, professional, team player who fits in with our positive culture.

What we offer

  • An immediate start.
  • A genuinely supportive, friendly team environment (we work hard, but we also celebrate wins together).
  • Variety in your day-to-day — no two days are the same.
  • Opportunities for growth and development as the business continues to expand.

If you’re a reliable, detail-oriented professional who wants to be part of a team that values hard work and good people, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply with your resume and a short cover letter explaining why you’re the right person to lead our people and processes.
