Job Description
Portico are currently looking for a strong administrator to work closely with our client to assist with a specific property project until December 2026.
The role will involve collating and analysing large datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with required standards.
The successful candidate will also manage communications via a shared group mailbox and provide timely updates to programme leads and third-party suppliers across two large programmes, regularly maintaining specific project documentation.
Shifts: 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday
Salary: £30,000
This is a fixed term contract until December 2026
Qualifications

The successful candidate will: -

  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, ensuring high levels of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  • Have an ability to multi-task. Handling multiple duties efficiently.
  • Know what tasks are most urgent or important, and prioritise them in a timely manner.
  • Have clear and professional communication with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Be comfortable in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Be trustworthy, handing sensitive information with care and professionalism.
