JOB OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Admin Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will provide essential support with a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and programmes. This role is ideal for someone who is efficient, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent command of English, both spoken and written.
  • Proficient in Office 365 and familiar with Business Management Systems.
  • Experience with Xero & Dext for bookkeeping tasks is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to take on additional tasks as needed.

Education:

  • GCSE level in English and Maths or equivalent.
  • Further qualifications or experience in business administration, education, or related fields are advantageous.
