ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Perform a broad range of administrative duties including:
  • Managing a busy reception desk
  • Answering phone calls, emails, and faxes
  • Preparing admission and discharge paperwork
  • Maintain accurate and effective record management systems including preparation of medical records.
  • Perform health fund checks and conduct informed finance consent.
  • Management the collection of excesses/co payments
  • Coordinate with staff from other departments.
  • Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry, billing, banking, and stationary orders

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must provide a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
  • According to the role, Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases.
