REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous office experience is preferred; experience in entertainment or event management an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for filing and data management.
  • Effective typing skills with a focus on accuracy during data entry tasks.
  • Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills to handle inquiries professionally.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
